For the level I am at, I am pretty satisfied given today's work environment. The level of e-mails is stupid - I could literally just spend all day dealing with e-mail and doing nothing else - but my boss, the CEO, has agreed to let me slide on getting to e-mails and focus most of my attention to getting work done. We are too small of a company for people to not reach out 1:1 rather than e-mail.
