Over a year ago
Two weeks vacation were required by the firm due to governmental regulations. These days needed to be consecutive. Overall, management did not except and actively discouraged weekend work / work from home. However work load, scheduling of meetings (plus other frequent interruptions) and deadlines often meant extra hours.
