We currently do not collect data on website visitors, except for non-owned third-party advertising partners such as Google or Google affiliated advertisement providers. We fully respect and comply with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) laws, but we simply do not collect data from website visits and thus there is not anything to opt-out of to adhere to CCPA laws. In addition, please consider the following for further opt-out options:
  • As WorkClear uses Google affiliated advertising, if a website visitor would like to opt-out of Google related or affiliated advertising, please consult with Google directly as WorkClear does not directly collect any website visitor data which is shared with Google.
  • If you choose to register for an account with WorkClear, the Account page allows for any user to directly opt-out of having WorkClear share any personal information provided as part of the registration process.
